WILKES-BARRE, PA – A teenager stands accused of fatally stabbing her mother in Pennsylvania after her mother confiscated her phone, according to local enforcement agencies. HATBORO, PA – A long-standing dispute over loud snoring turned deadly in Montgomery County, where a man was stabbed to death by his neighbor.
