Saturday a chaotic scene ensued in Saginaw, Michigan when a street party of over 200 people was broken up by an altercation that ended in two people dead and fifteen injured. Shortly after midnight, panic spread through the unpermitted event on 4th and Johnson streets as shots were fired into the crowd, causing those attending to flee in their vehicles.
