Three people shot at graduation party

ST. PAUL, MN – Authorities in St. Paul, Minnesota, are investigating a drive-by shooting that resulted in the injury of three people at a graduation celebration. The shooting is believed to have occurred around 7:15 p.m. on Sunday evening at a residence on Rose Avenue East in the 1700 block.

Two women and one man were reported as being injured during the incident. One woman was hit in the leg, while the other suffered from a graze wound on her head. The male victim incurred a gunshot wound to his abdomen.

According to initial reports by the St. Paul Police Department, the shots were fired from a passing black SUV targeting a house where a graduation party was being held. As of now, no arrests have been made in relation to the incident. The police are appealing to the public for any useful information.

In a separate but possibly related event, four other individuals sustained injuries at Casey Lake Park in North St. Paul on Saturday night in close proximity to another graduation celebration. These two incidents are under investigation to determine any potential links.
