GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – Residents of the Tal El Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City are facing devastating conditions following operations by the Israeli military. The area has been left in total destruction, leaving residents without access to basic necessities.
Abdul Kareem Al-Qaseer, who was displaced from Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza, described the impact of the Israeli Defense Forces’ operations on the area. He reported a large number of casualties, a lack of supplies, and constant shelling, forcing residents to make desperate choices just to survive.
Olfat Hamdan, another resident, witnessed bodies lying in the streets and described the scene as one of total destruction. Main Naim also reported seeing dead bodies left unattended for days, further highlighting the severity of the situation in the area.
The ongoing fighting in northern Gaza has only added to the residents’ suffering, with the IDF reporting further operations in the region aimed at targeting Hamas military compounds.
