Trump’s Ex-Aide Reveals Shocking Secrets About His Twitter Habits During Trial

Washington, DC – A former aide of Donald Trump revealed during a trial that the former president dictated his tweets and had specific preferences for using capital letters and exclamation marks. Madeleine Westerhout, who worked closely with Trump, shared that he would have her take notes which he would then edit and finalize himself.

Westerhout described Trump’s liking for certain words to be capitalized, such as ‘country,’ as well as his fondness for exclamation points. The former president is currently facing allegations of falsifying records to conceal a payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels, to which he has denied any wrongdoing.

In court, Westerhout detailed her experiences working for Trump both before and during his time in the White House. She mentioned that while Trump’s top aide, Dan Scavino, also had access to his Twitter account, she would occasionally assist in crafting tweets when he was absent.

During her testimony, Westerhout disclosed that Trump preferred dictating his tweets to her instead of typing them himself. She explained how she would quickly draft the tweets based on his instructions and then print them out for his review and further edits.

Despite being an active Twitter user, Trump reportedly did not have a computer or an email address. Westerhout also mentioned Trump’s preference for working in a dining room rather than the Oval Office, to maintain the pristine condition of the Resolute Desk.

Westerhout ultimately left her position in the White House in 2019 after leaking private information about Trump’s family. Following his ban from Twitter in the aftermath of the January 6 insurrection, Trump launched his own social media platform, Truth Social, where he continues to share his messages. His Twitter account was reinstated in 2022 by the platform’s new owner, Elon Musk.
