Woman arrested after stabbing attack and chaos at a Florida gas station

PINELLAS PARK, FL – A woman in Florida is facing multiple charges after allegedly going on a violent spree at a Wawa convenience store, according to local police. The incident, which occurred Friday night, involved the suspect wielding a large knife, stabbing a man, and causing havoc in an office.

Christina Marie Crane, 37, has been charged with attempted felony murder, criminal mischief, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The incident took place around 10 p.m. at a Wawa on Gandy Boulevard in Pinellas Park.

Authorities suspect Crane was under the influence during the incident and in a state of “excited delirium.” Upon entering the store, she reportedly grabbed a fixed blade knife from the deli section and stabbed a male patron, resulting in a minor abrasion to his left hand.

Following the convenience store incident, Crane allegedly entered an office, threatened an employee with the knife, and declared, “I will kill you.” She is also accused of nearly striking another female employee with the knife and causing over $1,000 in property damage by smashing computer monitors.

The Pinellas Park Police Department is currently investigating the situation. Further details about the case are yet to be released.
