YoungBoy Never Broke Again Arrested in Utah on Serious Charges – No Bail Set

LOGAN, Utah – Rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again, also known as Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, has recently been arrested in Utah on multiple charges, including possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person and engaging in a pattern of unlawful activity, both classified as Class 2 felonies.

The 24-year-old artist was apprehended by the Cache County Sheriff’s Office and is currently being held without bail. In addition to the serious charges, YoungBoy also faces lesser accusations such as drug procurement, identity fraud, forgery, and possession of controlled substances.

YoungBoy, originally from Louisiana, has been under strict house arrest following past incidents in 2020 involving weapon and drug-related arrests during a music video shoot. Despite these legal troubles, he has collaborated with notable artists such as Migos, Juice Wrld, and Tyler, the Creator.

Despite facing a pending trial for gun charges from a previous arrest, YoungBoy remains an influential figure in the rap scene. In 2022, he was acquitted of knowingly possessing a firearm during a separate incident in Los Angeles, where he was arrested after a brief chase resulting in the discovery of a weapon in his car.

While facing legal battles, YoungBoy has also expressed a desire to improve his mental health and regret over his past violent lyrics. In a 2023 interview, he revealed plans to adopt the Mormon faith as part of a personal transformation.

These recent events add to the complex narrative surrounding YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s career, highlighting both legal challenges and personal growth as he navigates the spotlight of the music industry.
