Finalists Revealed: Seattle’s Phở Bắc Súp Shop Owners Up for Outstanding Restaurateur Award!

Seattle, Washington – Siblings Quynh-Vy and Yenvy Pham have been named finalists for the prestigious Outstanding Restaurateur category by the James Beard Foundation. The Phams, who are behind the well-known Seattle-based restaurants Phở Bắc Súp Shop, Phởcific Standard Time, and The Boat, have solidified their position as top contenders in the culinary world.

In addition to the Pham siblings, Janet Becerra from Pancita in Seattle has also been recognized as a finalist for Emerging Chef. The competition for the title of Best Chef in the Northwest and Pacific region is heating up, with Avery Adams from Matia Kitchen in Orcas Island, Kristi Brown from Communion in Seattle, and Melissa Miranda from Musang in Seattle all in the running for the prestigious award.

The list of finalists also includes Bar Bacetto from Waitsburg, Washington, which is in the running for the title of Best New Restaurant.
