Five people are killed in a Washington home

ORCHARDS, WA – A tragic incident in Orchards, Washington, left five people dead, including the alleged shooter, in a suspected murder-suicide. The grim discovery was made by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, following a distressing text message sent by one of the occupants of the house.

The text message, received by a family member, indicated that harm had been inflicted on the individuals inside the residence. This prompted an immediate response from the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT team. The team, responding to the potential threat of a firearm, entered the home around 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Before entering, the police deployed a drone to survey the situation inside the house. The drone’s footage revealed the horrifying scene of multiple people who appeared to be deceased. Despite the swift response and the presence of emergency medical personnel, it was too late. All five adults within the residence were confirmed dead.
