Knee Injury Nightmare: Cameron Brink Carried Off Court in Sparks vs. Sun Game

Los Angeles, California – Los Angeles Sparks’ rookie center, Cameron Brink, was forced to leave the court during a game against the Connecticut Sun after sustaining a knee injury. The incident occurred in the first quarter when Brink collided with Sun forward Brionna Jones while driving to the basket.

At halftime, the Sparks confirmed Brink’s knee injury and ruled out her return to the game. Head coach Curt Miller provided limited details on her condition postgame, with Brink scheduled for further evaluation the following day. The Sun emerged victorious with a 79-70 win over the Sparks, despite Brink only playing four minutes before her unfortunate injury.
