The electric G-Wagen boasts a 116 kWh battery and all-electric drive train, with four individually controlled motors delivering a whopping 580 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,164 Newton-meters. Mercedes-Benz CEO Ola Källenius describes it as the “Birkin bag of Mercedes,” highlighting its exclusivity and desirability within the brand’s portfolio.
While the G 580 with EQ technology comes at a significant price starting at €142,621.50 ($152,184.27), the investment provides access to cutting-edge features for the ultimate off-roading experience. The robust ladder frame concept ensures stability on rough terrain, while the battery offers an estimated range of 293 miles on the WLTP standard.
