The new song comes just a day after the rapper went viral for sharing photos of his fresh blackout tattoos, covering his arms, torso, and chest. The rapper, whose real name is Colson Baker, posted on Instagram that the tattoo was “for spiritual purposes only” which sparked curiosity among fans.
Addressing his struggles with mental health, MGK revealed in his new song that the tattoo was the result of a breakdown. In the video, the 33-year-old singer rolled up his sleeves to unveil the fresh artwork, displaying the return of his pink hair color.
The song delves into the rapper’s personal battles, addressing his relationship with fiancée Megan Fox, a heartbreaking miscarriage, the death of his father, and his suicidal thoughts.
