Man charged for assault on multiple people and threatening to kill deputies

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A local man faces multiple charges after allegedly assaulting two individuals and issuing death threats to deputies in Harris County, Texas. The suspect, 43-year-old Jeremy Gilmore, is facing two counts of assault on a peace officer, injury to a disabled person, and assault.

Harris County Constable Mark Herman reported that deputies were dispatched to the 10500 block of Willow Park View following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that Gilmore had allegedly physically assaulted a disabled individual and a woman during a verbal dispute.

Gilmore reportedly resisted arrest, physically retaliating against the deputies by kicking, pushing, and spitting at them. Despite his resistance, the suspect was eventually subdued and taken into custody. However, he did not go quietly, threatening to kill the responding deputies during the process.

Following his arrest, Gilmore was booked into Harris County Jail. His bond has been set at $100,000.
