A mother engaged in drugs and group sex before abandoning her son with a dead man

PALM COAST, FL – Amy Kemper, a 32-year-old Florida resident, was recently apprehended by law enforcement after she allegedly abandoned her 11-year-old son in a hotel room with a lifeless man. This followed a drug-induced sexual encounter with two men. Kemper confessed to the authorities last week that she had indulged in narcotics and engaged in a threesome at the Hammock Beach resort in Palm Coast, Florida.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office revealed that Kemper made the decision to leave her son in the room with a 60-year-old man while she exited with the other man on the night of September 9. She had noticed the man’s peculiar snoring but chose to ignore it. Upon their return, they found the man unresponsive. Despite resuscitation attempts, he was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.

In addition to this, the Sheriff’s office discovered narcotics and drug paraphernalia in the room. Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly expressed his dismay in a statement, condemning the woman’s choice to involve her child in such a perilous situation. He expressed regret that the child was left alone with the deceased man for several hours until his mother returned.

Kemper was charged with child neglect without inflicting serious bodily harm and was transported to the Flagler County Jail. She is currently detained on a $15,000 bond. In the meantime, Kemper’s son has been entrusted to the Florida Department of Children and Families.
