Man gets shot in the head after starting a fight on subway

BROOKLYN, NY – A subway altercation in Brooklyn left a 36-year-old man in critical condition Thursday afternoon after a physical fight with another passenger led to him being shot with his own gun.

The incident occurred on a northbound A train around 4:45 p.m. According to police reports, a 32-year-old man had just boarded at the Nostrand Avenue station when he was confronted by an agitated 36-year-old man who was already on board.
