Police say the alleged offenses occurred over several months at locations in Norman, Noble and Lexington.
NORMAN, OK — A 30-year-old Oklahoma man has been charged with six counts of second-degree rape after an underage girl came forward and investigators reviewed hundreds of messages and other evidence connected to the allegations, according to a report citing police and court documents.
Jonathan Dilley is accused of having sexual contact with the girl between late 2025 and April 2026, Norman Police Department spokesperson Sarah Schettler told KFOR. The allegations involve encounters at several locations, including Dilley’s home in Norman and properties in Noble and Lexington. The charges are allegations, and Dilley has not been convicted in connection with the case.
The investigation developed after the girl came forward and described what she said had occurred. According to KFOR, court documents show that hundreds of text messages involving Dilley and the girl were provided to investigators. Police reviewed screenshots and other visual evidence before presenting the case to prosecutors.
Schettler said investigators found messages that appeared to discuss sexual activity, the girl’s age and deleting communications. Police determined that some of the alleged encounters took place in Norman, while the girl also reported interactions at a location described as Dilley’s shop in Noble and at his business in Lexington, according to the report.
KFOR identified the Lexington business as the Dawg House Game Lounge, an arcade on East Broadway Street. The station reported that Dilley had previously promoted the business on social media as a safe place for children and families. Those posts drew renewed attention after news of the criminal charges began circulating in the Lexington community.
The report said some Lexington residents expressed concern because children had visited the game lounge. Police have not publicly identified the girl, and details that could identify an underage person involved in an alleged sexual offense are being withheld.
Authorities have not announced evidence establishing that other people were victimized. Schettler said, however, that investigators want anyone with relevant information or concerns about other possible relationships involving Dilley to speak with police. Her comments did not establish that additional offenses occurred or that investigators had confirmed additional victims.
As of the latest KFOR report, Dilley had not been arrested on the six rape charges. The station reported that no arrest warrant had been issued in the seven days since the charges were filed. KFOR said it asked the district attorney’s office why a warrant had not been issued but had not received an explanation.
The case remains pending, and the available reporting did not identify a scheduled court appearance or provide a response from Dilley or an attorney representing him. The six second-degree rape counts remain allegations unless proven in court.
