“Sandokan” Italian TV Series Reboot to Star Ed Westwick and Can Yaman – Filming Starts in April!

Rome, Italy – A star-studded cast is set to bring the iconic Italian TV series “Sandokan” back to life in a high-end reboot outside of Rome. Leading the pack is Turkish actor Can Yaman, known for his role in “Gossip Girl,” alongside John Hannah from “The Mummy” and British newcomer Alanah Bloor. This modern take on the adventures of Sandokan, a pirate fighting colonial powers in Southeast Asia, promises to captivate audiences worldwide.

The production, set to begin filming on April 22, is a collaboration between Lux Vide and talented minds like Luca Bernabei and Alessandro Sermoneta.
