Scandal: Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Sexual Assault in New Lawsuit Filed by Former Model

New York, NY – A former model, Crystal McKinney, filed a lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault. McKinney alleges that the incident occurred in 2003 after a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City. According to the complaint, Combs allegedly drugged and assaulted McKinney at his recording studio following a dinner where he made sexually suggestive advances towards her.

McKinney, who was 22 at the time, claims in the lawsuit that Combs offered her marijuana laced with a substance that caused her to lose consciousness. The complaint states that Combs proceeded to kiss McKinney without her consent and forced her to perform oral sex on him. After regaining consciousness in a taxi heading back to her apartment, McKinney realized she had been assaulted by Combs.

The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Records, Sean John Clothing LLC, and Universal Music Group Inc. as defendants, seeking damages for violation of the New York Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law. McKinney, a former winner of MTV’s Model Mission, has reportedly struggled with mental health issues and substance abuse following the assault, leading her to end her modeling career.

This lawsuit comes on the heels of other legal troubles for Combs, including a settled lawsuit by his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who accused him of physical and other abuses during their relationship. Combs recently issued an apology for his actions captured in a video that surfaced, drawing criticism from Ventura’s attorney.

Authorities have searched Combs’ homes in connection with a federal investigation into human trafficking crimes, stemming from the sexual assault allegations raised in the civil lawsuits against him. This latest lawsuit against Combs marks the seventh in a series of legal challenges, with six of them alleging sexual assault.
