Sofia Vergara Shares Candid Post-Divorce Thoughts on Dating-Life Plan

Sofia Vergara, a Colombian-born actress and model, recently discussed her post-divorce dating life in Los Angeles. After ending her seven-year marriage to actor Joe Manganiello in July last year, the 51-year-old star shared her thoughts on love and relationships in a recent interview with the Daily Mail.

Vergara admitted to being “bad with technology” and expressed her openness to meeting new people and having fun. However, she clarified that she is not actively using dating apps and emphasized that it has only been six months since her divorce.

The “Griselda” actress revealed that her split from Manganiello was due to differing opinions on starting a family. She explained that while her ex-husband wanted children, she did not share the same desire, citing the importance of maintaining her career and independence.

Despite the challenges in their marriage, Vergara stressed that there is “no animosity” between her and Manganiello, acknowledging that they simply had different family goals. She also expressed her readiness to become a grandmother, highlighting her strong bond with her son, Manolo.

Since their separation, both Vergara and Manganiello have been spotted with new romantic interests. Vergara has been seen with Beverly Hills-based orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman, while Manganiello has been linked to actress Caitlyn O’Connor.

The former couple, who met in 2014 and married in 2015, announced their split last July, expressing their mutual love and respect for each other while requesting privacy as they navigate this new phase of their lives.

As Vergara continues to embrace her single life, she remains focused on her career and looks forward to the next chapter, both personally and professionally.
