Bentonville, Arkansas – Shoppers who bought weighted groceries and bagged citrus fruit at Walmart may be eligible to file a claim in a class-action lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed in October 2022, alleged that Walmart overcharged customers who purchased certain sold-by-weight groceries like meat, poultry, pork, and seafood, and some organic oranges and grapefruit.
