The skier, identified as Joabe Barbosa, experienced hypothermia and required emergency aid to recover from the harrowing ordeal. The New Hampshire Fish and Game officials provided Barbosa with essential supplies, including boots, food, warm drinks, winter gear, and a headlamp to ensure his safety in the treacherous conditions of the ravine.
