Two people are dead and fifteen are injured after shooting breaks out in Saginaw Michigan

Saturday a chaotic scene ensued in Saginaw, Michigan when a street party of over 200 people was broken up by an altercation that ended in two people dead and fifteen injured.

Shortly after midnight, panic spread through the unpermitted event on 4th and Johnson streets as shots were fired into the crowd, causing those attending to flee in their vehicles.

The deceased have been identified as a 19-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman. According to the Michigan State Police, numerous law enforcement offices had been called to the scene multiple times to contain the disorderly behavior before the shooting occurred.

An investigation is still ongoing, and no suspects have been identified so far. Officials have reassured the public that there is no threat to their safety.
