ANCHORAGE, AK – A deadly shooting took place at a Walmart store in Anchorage, Alaska, on Sunday, resulting in the tragic loss of two lives. Law enforcement officials have yet to apprehend the perpetrator, according to local police reports.
The Anchorage police department reported that officers were dispatched to the Walmart parking lot situated near Dimond Boulevard shortly after 5 p.m. following notifications of gunfire. Upon arrival, the officers discovered the lifeless bodies of a man and a woman, victims of the shooting. A firearm was also found at the scene.
The identities of the deceased have yet to be publicized.
