Ye’s Sexual Harassment Scandal Exposed: Woman Claims Stalking, Masturbation, and Millions in Unpaid Wages

Los Angeles, CA—A former employee of Kanye West’s Yeezy brand has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, stalking, and unpaid wages. Lauren Pisciotta claims that West, also known as Ye, subjected her to inappropriate behavior, including forcing her to watch him masturbate and failing to fulfill a multimillion-dollar severance package.

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta worked for Yeezy from July 2021 to October 2022, during which time she was offered a $1 million annual salary to be a 24-hour on-call assistant to West and the Yeezy brands. The suit also alleges that West promised Pisciotta an additional $1 million for deleting her OnlyFans account, but she never received the payment.

Pisciotta stated in the lawsuit that after deleting her account, West sent her explicit messages, videos, and images discussing sexual desires. The complaint further details an incident where West allegedly masturbated in front of Pisciotta during a flight to Paris. Pisciotta also claimed that West falsely insinuated that they had a sexual relationship.

Despite the termination of her employment in October 2022, Pisciotta alleged that West continued to stalk her, even moving into the same building as her. West’s publicist denies the allegations, stating that Pisciotta was terminated for incompetence and demanding a higher salary.

This lawsuit is not the first time West has faced accusations from employees. Previous reports have emerged of other Yeezy staffers accusing West of showing them pornographic material and engaging in inappropriate behavior. The allegations add to the ongoing controversies surrounding West, who faced backlash for making antisemitic comments in late 2022, resulting in severed ties with brands like Adidas.

The lawsuit against West sheds light on the challenges faced by employees in a high-profile work environment and raises important questions about workplace behavior and accountability. As this legal battle unfolds, it underscores the need for transparency and fair treatment of all employees, regardless of their position or the status of their employer.
