Gym, Ice Cream, and Retail: Kid Rock Targets New Outrage Cycle Beyond Bud Light

Detroit, Michigan – After his public falling out with Bud Light, musician Kid Rock has shifted his focus to new targets for potential right-wing outrage. On Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle, Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, sported a Budweiser hat as he discussed moving on from his dispute with the brewer that sparked controversy for marketing through a transgender social media influencer. “We’ve got bigger targets,” he declared, hinting at his new agenda.

Ritchie called out a national gym chain, an ice cream brand, and a major retailer as potential targets for criticism. He questioned Planet Fitness over a recent incident at one of their Alaska locations, where a female member photographed a person, believed to be a man, shaving in the women’s locker room. Planet Fitness subsequently revoked the woman’s membership for violating policies on photographing other members.

In addition to Planet Fitness, Kid Rock also took aim at Ben & Jerry’s, known for its support of progressive causes, though specifics on his criticism were not immediately clear. He then turned his attention to retail giant Target, recalling their decision to remove Pride-themed clothing from shelves after facing backlash and threats.

Despite his newfound targets, Kid Rock emphasized that he does not intend to harm individuals’ jobs when expressing his views. It remains to be seen whether he will take a similar stance towards his latest targets as he did with Bud Light. The musician’s words on various platforms have sparked debate and discussion, highlighting the intersection of politics, culture, and business in today’s society.
